Masterchef

Did a bit of masterchef wannabe on Friday night over at my friend Cel’s house.  I’ve been craving to make the creme brulee from masterclass because it looked so easy!

Fail on forgetting to blow away the bubbles before we put it in the oven and fail on not having a blow torch to melt the sugar on top.  But it tasted awesome!!! and we still managed to get a crack in the coating!!!

Totally satisfied my 3 month long craving!  Want some more now teeheeeeeeee

    ooo lets make this together!! and i’ll bring my blowtorch! lol it’s more like a baked custard without the sugary bit 😛 haha nah… looks yum… did u use real vanilla pod in it?

      can do!!!! hehe the sugary bit was there.. it was just really light and thin that’s all >< yeah we used the real vanilla pod, those things are super strong 😮
